Together, we explore the feeling and meaning you want the artwork to convey, while considering colour, composition, scale, materials, and the character of your space.

03 — DEVELOP

We translate your ideas, story, and inspirations into an original artistic concept - thoughtfully designed to feel personal, timeless, and connected to its surroundings.

04 — REFINE

We present the proposed concept for your review, working collaboratively to refine the details until the direction feels completely aligned with your vision.

05 — CREATE

Once the concept is approved, we bring it to life by hand, crafting a one-of-one artwork designed to become a lasting part of your space and a reflection of your story.

01. Discovery Consultation

Every commission begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you, your story, your vision, and the space where your artwork will live. We invite you to share your ideas, inspirations, imagery, mood boards, or anything that helps communicate what you’re imagining. We’ll also discuss the practical details of your commission, including the desired size, orientation, materials, timeline, and investment, ensuring we have a clear understanding of both your creative vision and the space it will inhabit.

02. Define the Direction

Once we understand your vision, we begin defining the creative direction of your artwork. Together, we explore the feeling, atmosphere, and meaning you want the piece to convey, considering how it should interact with its surroundings. Colour, composition, scale, texture, and materiality are carefully considered alongside the character of your space and your personal aesthetic. This stage transforms your ideas and inspirations into a clear artistic direction, creating the foundation for a piece that feels intentional, personal, and naturally at home within its environment.

03. Concept Development

With the creative direction established, we begin developing your original artwork concept. Drawing from everything we’ve learned about your story, aesthetic, and space, we explore composition, colour relationships, texture, and material to create a concept that is uniquely yours. Every element is thoughtfully considered to capture the essence of your vision while creating a sense of harmony with the environment around it. This is where your ideas begin to take form, transforming your story and inspirations into an original artistic expression.

04. Presentation & Refinement

Once the concept has been developed, we present the proposed direction for your review. This is a collaborative stage where we walk you through the creative thinking behind the artwork and invite your feedback. Together, we refine the details, make considered adjustments, and ensure the composition, colours, materials, and overall feeling align with your expectations. We only move forward once the concept feels completely resolved and you feel confident in the artwork we are about to create.

05. Artwork Creation

Once the concept has been approved, the final artwork begins to take shape. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our studio, with every brushstroke, texture, colour, and detail carefully considered in relation to the original vision. We take the time to honour the individuality of each commission, allowing the artwork to develop organically while remaining true to the agreed creative direction.
